The brief called for a brand that feels aspirational, effective, and culturally in tune, rather than generic or overly clinical.

What started as a simple idea last year became a room full of designers learning, thinking, and growing together.

Over two days, we had honest conversations around design thinking, strategy, leadership, AI, the business of design, and what it truly means to move from skill to structure. More importantly, we created a space where designers could gain clarity and direction for their careers.

I had the opportunity to share my journey, from starting out in 2019 to navigating the challenges that come with growth, and also speak on what it means to become an excellent designer.

This event would not have been possible without the speakers who showed up and poured into the room, the partners and supporters who believed in the vision, and the team who worked behind the scenes to bring everything together.

Most importantly, thank you to every single attendee. Your presence, your engagement, and your willingness to learn made this truly meaningful.

As the year begins, I am choosing to look back with gratitude before looking ahead with expectation. 2025 came with moments I never imagined, some from being in the right place at the right time, others from a boldness I did not know I had, and many purely by the favor of God. I am deeply thankful for all He started in my life last year, and I cannot wait to see how He continues it.
