Very much a full circle kinda moment for me- back to recording on my tascam 388(slide 2 is from 2004 or so recording the Feathers record on the same machine), back to Jazijoo and mutron phasor, back to rock n roll, and now back to Vermont.
And at the same time it all feels totally new. Starting my own label, MUP, really feels so exciting and the possibilities feel infinite! I love making art and music and I love my friends art and music and there will be much more coming in the future. My vision for MUP is Many Unusual People Making Unbelievable Products!
This is pretty much the only photo I have from recording, in my spicy summer rags, it was HOT when I was making this record.
I hope you listen to it loud with the windows down and I hope you feel JOY.

I now present to you “Portrait Of god”, a new song by which to moo to 🐄 By all means not a song about any particular god, but by all means a song about garages and painting in them, and the immense joy that that brings, and perhaps getting transported to wherever it is you’d like to be transported to, by way of aforementioned garage based painting activities.
