Even though I have 4 more mental health related videos scheduled on a content planner to do. I would rather not post tonight because I feel the need to just take a pause in daily video making to get used to what I plan to go moving forward. That is posting videos during the week once a week Mondays-Fridays and not posting the rest of the week. I will just see how I feel each day. Then during Awareness months (May-Mental Health, September-Suicide, October-ADHD, and November-Epilepsy) I plan to post videos every day. The other reasons I am not continuing posting daily videos like I originally planned are I just feel drained from a week dealing with medical stress dealing with my upcoming Epilepsy Monitoring Unit stay, which leads me to my EMU stay starts on Monday and they have rules against recording videos of the stay. I am so sorry I said see you tomorrow in yesterday's video like I have every day since I started posting videos and not posting one tonight. However, tomorrow and Sunday there will be 1 live video and 1 uploaded video each day.
I have PCOS which is now PMOS. It is not that this is a new diagnosis for me because I was diagnosed with PCOS in my 20s. Hi. I am going to rant briefly here as I didn't want to make a video fully. I will also partially mention it in my video on Friday though. I am tired of having to advocate for medicine changes when the doctors, psychiatrists, ER staff, and pharmacists are all trained to check for and catch major drug interactions and don't say or do anything to change it until a patient complains about side effects. The patient shouldn't have to do their own research to find out that their prescriptions have most likely caused a possibly very serious problem.
