Whether that boy succeeds or fails in whatever he plans to accomplish is of little concern to me~ He wanted this, I didn't have to force my way in his head and give him the frenzied flame, he willingly took it himself, so I am not responsible for what happens to him going forward, for he is the biggest fool, the biggest pawn, perhaps unwitting... But soon...~ a broken man for his honor will be destroyed, spat upon~ or maybe not who knows...~

But I indeed revel in this conflict, for it is SATISFYING to see friends fight amongst themselves.~

Lords Of The Fallen II has been announced recently and I cannot be more than excited for it. I have journeyed and battled my way through Mournstead from the very beginning when Lords Of The Fallen (2023) was released. I thought that this would be a game with no continuation.

But now... A sequel arises. It beckons to me, it draws me to come back to its world like honeyed, tempting whispers. I simply cannot resist the call. I am the undying lampbearer and the darkness calls and I must answer it. But will it bring rewards? Or will it bring torment? Perhaps both...

100 years have passed from the previous game and now i will venture to a kingdom and raise my blade against the gods themselves and all the while... Umbral stirs and its growth is not stopping, perhaps it never will...

I am not prepared for what will lie ahead, but I will be excited to see where this will go.

In 2026 or later, I will return to this world and become the lampbearer again.

But in the meantime...

Bloodborne...

A terrifying tale of a world that clings to what remains, mankind in hubris trying to find a way to ascend into something greater, despite being absolutely nothing... The Blood Moon descends upon Yharnam, the line between man and beasts... Blurring... Man are the more dangerous beasts, for they can cause more destruction and clerics or heroes of The Healing Church become the most horrific of beasts. The Great Ones, Eldritch Gods seeking children/surrogates, for every great one loses their children, all are unaware of the eldrtich truth... And those that do... Go mad.

But we, The Good Hunters, outsiders outside of Yharnam had fought against the beasts, cosmic beings, and the eldritch great ones. we unveil the story of the hunt and where it all began with Byrgenwerth and The Healing Church. We gained eyes on the inside, we take in The Old Blood and we did what those couldn't, what they so desperately wanted to achieve. We ourselves became a Great One, lifting humanity to it's next evolution, it's next childhood. (Or depending on the path you take, whether you choose to die and forget the dream and awaken under the morning sun in Yharnam or become the new watcher of the Hunter's Dream, a surrogate to Flora, The Moon Presence.)

Bloodborne was my first Fromsoftware game I ever played. Before, i knew nothing about it's story, it's aggressive mechanics, and the disturbing truths within the game. Now? I have become a true hunter, I have faced aggression with precision, I hunted the beasts, I slain the great ones, I saw unsettling truths, and seen how everything had begun.

But it seems even with our accomplishments, the hunt never ends for us. There is always something for us to do. There's always something to be found, something to be discovered.

The Future of Yharnam remains unknown for now. Our eyes are yet to open...

Until then, i'll see you in your dreams, hunters.
