Hello my friends!

I'm hoping you like my new videos that are a little departure from my yoga classes -- The video on ankles I've just uploaded as well as my video on practising certain yoga movements safely :-)

Just so you know, I'll be uploading more of that style video here from now on, and not so many follow-along classes. 

This is because -- based on years of feedback from my lovely audience (people like you!) -- I have decided to offer a place where we can all connect, without ads or interruptions, and I can offer SO MUCH more. All in once place!

Very very soon, over at www.movewithadell.com, you'll find a growing library of content I've poured my all into, to ensure that it is valuable and useful to you!

I understand that change isn't always easy. So, to give you a taste of some of what will be on this new site, I'll be going live every day on my Instagram, from 28 May - 1 June (5 days) to guide anyone who wants to join through a 10-minute flow. I'd LOVE to see you there!

My loves, PLEASE tell me if ads every pop up DURING the video. I always put the settings on so that you don't get ads mid-video, but sometimes YouTube seems to go and change that! So please please please always let me know so I can change that ASAP! Thank you!!
