The reason why cruelty and until death are the same universe and the same franchise of movie/series.


Cruelty is a prequel to the events of Until Death, taking place in the same town and set before the original story. One of the key characters in Cruelty is the mother of the main protagonist, Casey Monroe, who appears alongside her sister, Samantha Monroe.

The series follows a town plagued by a mysterious entity that haunts and kills its victims, targeting both adults and children without mercy.

Until Death 2 is currently in production together with the Cruelty series, and hopefully both projects will come together perfectly.
