We’ve had friends visiting all week, been busy helping a few expats with car purchases, and the condo I planned to film was rented out before I could get there to shoot it.

Sometimes that’s the way things go in Thailand! 😅

IMPORTANT: Nothing changes with GVP 👍

Still condos, cars, Pattaya lifestyle & Thailand content as normal.

The “GVP Hub” idea was simply a future dream/vision to bring together things we already do now — storage, consignment, helping expats, paperwork help etc.

We’re already doing this from home and the channel isn’t suddenly changing direction 😎

Bit of a milestone today…

Finally got my new work permit through our own company here in Thailand 🇹🇭 ✔️

I did have one previously, but it was tied to property only, so pretty limited in what I could do.

This one gives me the flexibility to properly run what we’re building now — cars, content, everything 👍

It’s been a long process… and this has come through as the previous one wrapped up.

Not quick, not cheap… but worth doing right.
