As this year winds down and a new one is right around the corner, I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s been following along and supporting me over the past few years. It truly means more than you know 🤍

2024 was a huge year for me — from my attempt at a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail to some big personal life changes (all for the better). It was challenging, rewarding, and full of lessons I’ll carry with me forever.

I don’t have any long thru-hikes planned for 2026, as a few more life changes are on the horizon (again, all good things!). I’ll share more on that when the time is right. That said, I will be getting out there for multi-day trips and overnight backpacking adventures in 2026, and I’ll be bringing you along for all of it.

A lot of you have been asking about another AT thru-hike… and yes, it’s something I’ve been seriously thinking about. I’ve been in talks with some trail family and am considering another attempt at a full Appalachian Trail thru-hike in 2027. With everything I’ve learned so far, I feel more prepared than ever to make it a successful one.

Thank you again for being here, for the encouragement, and for cheering me on. I hope you’ll stick around to see what’s coming next ✌🏼

This summer I will be focusing on long weekend hikes here in New Brunswick. Thinking the Grand Manan Trail and the Fundy Foot Path for sure. Also, I would like to incorporate The Cape Chignecto Trail in Nova Scotia. Trying to plan around my vacation time. Possibly a day climb up Katahdin again as well in early fall. Next year, there should be bigger and better trails out of the country -if it all works out as planned :) So smaller hiking year in 2025, but larger in 2026 - and hoping for an ever larger and exciting 2027! So stay tuned!
