I'm Steve Nyanumba, founder and CEO of Vapor Technologies, a software company in Nairobi. This channel is where I build real software in public and teach you to do the same.
No tutorial hell. No toy projects. I work through real systems the way they actually get built, and the way they break, using Laravel, PHP, Livewire, Filament, and the modern stack I ship production apps with every day.
Expect deep builds, founder lessons from running a software business in Kenya, and honest takes on AI, engineering, and where African tech is really headed.
If you want to go from following tutorials to building things that survive the real world, subscribe.

Building in public and learning in silence is a balance I’m still trying to master.
On one hand, building in public keeps you accountable. It forces you to ship. It creates conversations. It attracts opportunities. When people see you consistently designing systems, architecting solutions, launching features, and experimenting with new ideas, they start to associate you with execution.
But here’s the part most people don’t talk about: growth often happens in silence.
The late nights debugging something that refuses to work.
The quiet refactoring of messy architecture.
The uncomfortable realization that your first idea wasn’t that great.
The hours spent studying documentation, rethinking database structures, redesigning workflows, or rebuilding entire modules from scratch.
Right now, I’m juggling multiple ventures; building internal business systems, experimenting with SaaS models, exploring automation in traditional industries, refining pricing frameworks, and diving deeper into AI-powered tooling. From the outside, it might look like constant momentum.
But behind the scenes, there’s a lot of quiet learning.
There are features I don’t announce.
Systems I rebuild before anyone ever sees them.
Ideas I discard without posting about them.
Building in public is powerful.
Learning in silence is necessary.
Too much noise and you stunt depth.
Too much silence and you miss leverage.
The real discipline is knowing when to share and when to disappear.
And I’m learning that mastery isn’t loud, but progress sometimes should be.
Still figuring out that balance. 🙃

This ain't just another template. This is real-world structure:
Laravel 12
Livewire 3 + Volt
Multi-Tenant setup ready for SaaS
Clean, customizable, production-level code
If you're building something serious — HR app, onboarding tool, or just wanna understand multi-tenancy like a boss — this is your jump-off point.
I won’t do this price again. Ever.
