I haven’t mastered anything yet, but I try to follow the below principles to be Happy and Healthy:
1. Be fair and do good karma
2. Don’t compare with others
3. Be independent and earn for yourself and family
4. Don’t bother about criticism and judgements
5. Eat organic as much as possible
6. Do daily exercise
7. Avoid screen time and spend time with family
8. Don’t believe anyone blindly even it is blood relations
9. Have a small yet close circle of friends/relatives and Don’t take any disrespect
