5 SIGNS YOU'RE PROJECTING YOUR SHADOW:
1. You feel RAGE (not just annoyed—enraged)
2. You deny it HARD ("I'm NOTHING like that!")
3. You keep meeting the SAME type of person
4. You're OBSESSED with their flaws
5. You feel MORALLY SUPERIOR to them
Here's the test:
Think of someone who triggers you intensely.
Ask: "Do I have ANY of this trait?"
If you answered "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" → That's your shadow.
Try saying: "Maybe... a bit."
Watch what happens inside you.
That discomfort? That's your shadow screaming to be seen.

Carl Jung saw the human psyche as a labyrinth — and this diagram is the map.
What we show to the outer world is the Persona, the mask we learned to wear. Behind it sits the Ego, coordinating our conscious choices.
Go deeper and you meet the Shadow, the parts of yourself you’ve avoided or denied. Deeper still lies Anima & Animus, the inner polarity shaping your emotions, desires, and connection to others.
When all these layers integrate, the Self emerges — the moment your inner and outer worlds align into a single center of truth.
