If arm movements in the air don’t come naturally to you. If you find yourself cringing at your arms every time you go back and watch your routines.
If you are tired of trying to refine your arm movements just for them to look more awkward
🎉🙌🏼This is for you because this is precisely how I felt at the start of my aerial journey.
I came to aerial as an adult, with no dance or ballet background, but I fell in love with it immediately.
Just because I loved it, doesn’t mean it came naturally to me—especially the arm movement 🙄
I honestly thought it would never get better.
But after years of research and sifting through all the noise, I realized that just a few key things would make a world of difference when I am in the air. 🤯🤯🤯
✅Understanding what things to avoid
✅Learning how to make your arms look graceful and make your lines beautiful
✅Understanding that these two things are key, but if I wanted to perform someday, adding emotion is the final part
Because these things are not just about looking graceful. They are about feeling graceful, confident, and authentic when you are in the air. 🥰
These are not about looking like anyone else; they are about fully embracing the stories you want to tell when you are on your apparatus.
And this is why I created💕 “The Art of Aerial Arms: Graceful Movement for The Everyday Aerialist.” 💕
I made it for everyday aerialists like you and me who:
👌Want to understand how to look graceful in the air
👌Want all the hard work they put into improving at aerial to stop being overshadowed by the cingy arms
👌Want to pinpoint the current mistakes they are making, and understand how to fix them
👌Want to look more graceful in the air, without spending hours nerding out on anatomy, muscle, and bone, or even counting and music.
And without spending years figuring it out on their own, like I had to.
If you are tired of searching for your grace, cringing at your awkward arms, and ready to figure out your style...
