I know what it feels like to be tired, lost, and still take one more step. Not because you feel fearless, but because something quiet inside you says: this is not the end.

Music was my first love. And it still is. 🎹🤍

Before I even knew what a dream was, I already knew mine: music.

My mum supported every choice I made and was the one who took me to music school. I fell in love with theatre and ballet, and my grandmother would order the sheet music for my favourite pieces so I could play them myself.

Then came poetry. And one day, my words found melodies — and became my own songs.

Music has always been my anchor. It gives me strength, energy and inspiration. Every time I release a new song, I feel truly alive.

There is so much music in the world, but I still believe that the right song will always find the right heart.

Довгий час спостерігала за світом фейків,
де картинка важливіша за характер.
Де понти гучніші за вчинки.
Де “успішний успіх” — це добре освітлена ілюзія.
Де пихатість називають масштабом.

І в результаті з’явилася пісня —
«Дешева драма».

Це про ілюзії.
Про гучні обіцянки без наповнення.
Про “олігархів” з купою боргів.
Про блиск, за яким — театральний грим.
Про вистави з великим бюджетом слів
і дуже скромним бюджетом вчинків.

Але найцікавіший момент —
коли жінка перестає аплодувати.
Перестає вірити словам.
І починає дивитися на дії.

Вона мовчки залишає виставу.

I can tell you that ‘doing nothing’ doesn’t always equate to rest. When your mind is constantly processing stress, anxiety, or emotions, even a day of inactivity can leave you feeling drained. Mental exhaustion is real, and it’s often more subtle than physical fatigue. The brain doesn’t always shut off, even when the body does.

It’s essential to give both your mind and body proper rest. True relaxation goes beyond just physical inactivity—it’s about allowing yourself space to decompress mentally and emotionally. 🧠💔
