When life gives you lemons people always say make lemonade. Honestly if life handed me lemons I’d probably celebrate because I love lemons 🍋😂 But I get the meaning. When life gives you something sour you turn it into something sweet.

For everyone who started 2026 determined to change your life, get healthier, or get your mind right, I see you. We’re only a few months in and the dedication of getting up every day, going to the gym, pushing through when you’re tired, and staying focused is not always easy.

But I remind myself of something. The effort you put in today is the result you will see tomorrow.

Life works the same way. Sometimes you keep pushing even when you don’t see the outcome yet. You keep going even when things feel heavy. But nothing stays the same forever. Hard seasons always lift.

So live with purpose. Smile more. Soak up the sunshine. When you have those tough days remind yourself this moment is not permanent. It may feel like you’re stuck but seasons change and things do get better.

So if life handed you a bucket of lemons girl I hope you’re about to make the sweetest lemonade ever 🍋✨

Spring break is about to roll up on us!!

You are building character.
You are shaping values.
You are modeling discipline and love.

Purpose is not always a paycheck.
Sometimes it’s a legacy.

Watching your child grow into who God created them to be.
Watching them make wise decisions.
Watching them avoid some of the mistakes you made, even though they’ll make their own.
Watching them build a relationship with God for themselves.

That doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens because you showed up.

Proverbs 22:6 says,

This is your season.
Walk in faith in it.
And know that God sees you.

You’re allowed to go through it.
You’re just not meant to stay there.

The Bible says:

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” Psalm 30:5

That means the hard part has an expiration date.

Joy isn’t pretending everything is perfect.
Joy is choosing hope anyway.

And fam… when the storm clears?
You’re going to stand stronger because you made it through.

I hope you guys are doing amazing today.

Y’all already know I am always going to check in with the fam. I wanted to bring some encouragement to you today.

Because listen, some of you are going through it right now. Life is life-ing. Trials, pressure, unexpected situations, mental exhaustion, all of it.

But I need to remind you of something.

God already said you are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus.

Not maybe.
Not one day.
Right now.

The Word says:

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:37 to 39

That means tribulations cannot break you.
Pressure cannot define you.
Hard seasons cannot cancel you.

You are still standing. You are still chosen. You are still covered.


So today, I just wanted to remind you who you are.

More than a conqueror.
More than what you are facing.
More than what tried to shake you.

Let me share something real.

Recently, I had to practice something we don’t always talk about enough… healthy boundaries.

Hear this clearly: you do not have to read, entertain, or absorb anything that is toxic, degrading, or misaligned with your spirit. You have the right to guard what you feed your mind and what you allow into your heart 🕊️

Sometimes that may even mean utilizing the block feature. It simply means choosing not to engage in back-and-forth that does not serve your peace. You are not required to participate in strife.

Let me say this clearly: setting a boundary does not mean you owe someone access to you. And if someone becomes upset because you chose peace, that does not mean you are required to lower your boundary to pacify them.

Sometimes people react strongly when they no longer have the same access to you. But their reaction is not your responsibility. If a boundary makes someone uncomfortable, that does not mean it was wrong, it may simply mean it was necessary.

Protecting your peace is wisdom, not weakness.
Choose to stay unbothered.🙏🏽💖

“Finally, brethren… whatsoever things are true… honest… just… pure… lovely… of good report… think on these things.”

Happy Friday!! Are you guys excited for the weekend? I hope you have something planned that fills your cup.

Here in Arizona the weather has been absolutely beautiful ☀️ so I’ve been relaxing poolside. And one thing I’ve gotten back into is reading, y’all. I LOVE to read, and I’ve missed it so much. I haven’t made time for it in a long while, but the other day I was down hot tubside at our pool area with a fantastic mystery book and it just felt so good.

It’s something I do just for me. A quiet moment. A reset.

What about you?
Are you poolside?

Cozy on the couch watching a movie?
Out hiking and getting fresh air?

Happy Wednesday ☀️

Mr. Singh is heading back on the road, so shout out to all my stay at home moms and stay at home dads 🚛 Guess what time it is? Time to relax just a little bit.

Y’all already know we be cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids, and doing the absolute most. And when the hubs is home, I feel like I have to amp it up one hundred percent. Everything in line. Everything in check.

But when he heads back out? Listen… I’m in this house with a bonnet on my head, chilling with these kiddos and catching my breath 😌

And let me say this clearly.

If you are a stay at home parent, I see you. We see you. We love you ❤️

You are the chauffeur, the cook, the cleaner, the scheduler, and the comforter. You are doing so much, and you are just as appreciated as your spouse 🙏🏽

Life comes with struggles, ups and downs, and moments where we have to walk by faith, even when we don’t see results right away. One thing remains true:
You reap what you sow.

You sow kindness, you’ll reap kindness.
You sow faith, you’ll reap a harvest.
You sow unkindness, you’ll usually reap the same energy back.

If you’re going through some things right now struggling, feeling tired, or not seeing the results you were hoping for, hear me when I say this:
Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep sowing.

You may just be in a season of sowing, like a farmer planting seeds.
And in due time, that harvest will come. The fruit will grow.
