I visited the slave village here in Lagos Nigeria where slave trade took place centuries ago and trust me, this one was different from other places I have visited.🥹💯

I got to wear the chains they wore, enter the 40 of 40 rooms, visit the first story building and even get to the point of no return where slaves walked through and never came back.🥹

I have seen movies of step mothers maltreating their step children but never for once have I met a first hand victim until now.

Few days ago... I was headed to the Oshodi Bus terminal when I noticed a lady in front of me who almost bumped into the wares of a roadside seller.

I offered to help her and that was when I realized that she was blind. She was heading to the other bus terminal alone and I decided to help her there.

On our way, we got into a conversation and trust me she is just amazing.

We exchanged contacts and she said she was gonna message me on Whatsapp... Guys I was shocked to my marrows.... Like... How can a person 100% blind reply WhatsApp messages?

I reached out to her and she willingly agreed to share her story.

And so, my next video will be about the smart blind lady who lost her sight due to maltreatment from her step mother.

I visited the LARGEST FLOATING SLUM IN WEST AFRICA -MAKOKO located in Lagos Nigeria🇳🇬

Makoko was usually called “the Vernice of Africa” but history is changing.

The Largest Floating Slum is being demolished by Lagos State Government and the entire community has been put in unrest.

I will be sharing details of this demolition, how the people feel about it, what their plans are and what the future of Makoko holds.
