Maker Monday ✂️💖

This is your reminder that creativity doesn’t always look pretty in the middle. My tension is way off and the stitches arent thick enough for this design but I know it’ll be worth it in the end.

Today I’m testing a design zay specifically requested. I made it in vinyl last year and he wore it so much, the vinyl was coming apart. So I’m redoing it with embroidery!

I know everyone thinks I’m the perfect crafter.. baby.. absolutely NOT!

I just practice… A LOT!

Regardless of what it looks like in the middle, see it through to the end! Even if it turns out terrible.. you’ll walk away learning something! 💕

Here’s the hoodie from last nights live! I absolutely love the bling string 😍

Also… Levi and I took a flu test and it was negative 🙌🏽 when I got home from the live, he was jumping on my bed, watching cartoons. And when I woke up this morning I felt fine!

I think it was just the first day back to our regular schedule, getting up at 6am and we were a little tired 😂 zay was already asleep when I got home so he had to have been tired too lol.

Heyy Everyone! So Detroit is having some really bad weather today and as most of you know, I don't craft in my home. I really don't want to get stuck in my office parking lot tonight at 9-10pm. So I'm going to cancel tonight's live! I hate having to cancel so often but Clarence and I are working hard to get my craft space in our home so I don't have these kinds of issues anymore.

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. And I hope you all have a Happy New Year. I plan on being back 1/5/2026. See you guys then :)

So I asked ChatGPT to tell me the funniest thing I’ve asked all year 😂 and she roasted me 🤣 she said “babe you’re a whole expert asking me this dumb questions..” 😂😂

For context: a customer purchased an svg file on Etsy and was adamant I sent an edge file and not an svg. So to make sure I was correct and she wasn’t, I asked ChatGPT 🤣

Moral of the story: the customer was a complete beginner and of course.. I was right lol. But this has me cracking up
