From being exhausted by the 9 to 5
my body not bleeding for two years, shut down with lifetimes of shame
Giving up my creativity for financial security 
Heartbroken by love that was fearful & dishonest

I began to dance again, 
In a way that felt familiar.
I bled again,
I filled with passions & dreams
I knew in my bones that I am meant
To live through my feminine energy 
Abundance, freedom, rawness & sensuality 
And empower women to live theirs!

I began integrating healing, dance & feminine wisdom 
Fulfilled by the impact yet,
held back by the limitations & inaccessibility of the clinical world 
yet I still hung on out of fear

I’ll just adjust myself
Lower my voice
Change how I do this…
Until I could no longer hear myself

Your inner goddess through the color red 🥀🌹 which one do you resonate with?

If I can be honest, all the heartbreak & healing advice out there feels really surface level & maybe even toxic 🥀

“You were too good for him anyways”…or “there’s so many fish in the sea!” And “just go out more”…all the pep talks from friends are well intended of course

BUT..you soon find yourself repeating the same old patterns all over again, this time with a new person! It’s like being a hamster on a wheel getting caught up in the same cycles & hitting a brick wall 🧱

Mainstream therapy only supports you to process the stages of heartbreak, anger , grief, sadness etc., which is important but it’s SO much more than that!


🌹As a woman you heal differently:
✨Your emotions sit in your emotional body, your womb & yoni and need to involve your body in your healing, whether it’s through dance therapy or feminine embodiment practices. Otherwise your mind would have moved on but your body has not!

🌹As a woman YOU crave magick:
✨ to feel like a goddess in your feminine energy, sensuality & magnetism! To feel beautiful & desired 💋To feel ALIVE and be IN LOVE with your life & yourself again! Have your glow up 🌙after going through pain!

🌹 As a woman, it’s also about healing your inner masculine! Your father wound. The patriarchy wound. You wounds & limiting beliefs about men.
✨You need to marry your inner masculine & feminine , shiva & shakti!
✨A tough question I always ask my couple clients is “how did you contribute to the situation?” It’s natural to point fingers on others, but to let go of toxic, you must be aware of your own toxic beliefs that put you in a certain dynamic!

As a therapist in LA county, I myself feel in survival mode at this time. It hasn't been too long since l've moved here. While it took some time to adjust to a new culture, this place has truly given me everything! ♥️ It feels devastating to see this beautiful city in flames. I've gotten protective & attached.

However, supporting my clients, many of whom are impacted by the fires, gives me a sense of purpose and gratitude that I can be of support and create a sense of community during this time!
