Things I wish more Social Media Managers understood about growing their business 📲

1. You don’t need to do MORE to charge more—you need to do better & elevate your services.

2. You’ll grow faster when you refuse to do things alone, hire mentors, delegate tasks, etc.

3. There are people charging more than you with less experience because they’re not afraid.

4. You won’t wake up one day and start charging thousands of $$ for your services.

5. This field requires you to invest in yourself and often (from upskilling to tools to mentors to team members.

6. You don’t have to be an agency to charge thousands.

7. There are unlimited high-caliber clients out there for you, but you’re currently not attracting them.

8. You don’t need your own brand, but it will help you get to where you want to be faster and open SO many doors for you beyond client work.

9. You owe it to yourself to rise to the next level ❤️
