Hey family! Being a home inspector you always see all kinds of things! Today’s inspection I noticed a burning plastic smell. This specific junction box was located above a drop ceiling and was actively charged from an arching conductor. It was literally burning! Today’s home inspection literally saved this house and it’s occupants. Today feels good.
