Just letting y’all know that I probably won’t be posting anything for a while because I’ve got one hell of a cold. I sound like Gem in the first two episodes of Past Life… but worse.

SPOILERS FOR PAST LIFE FINALE Also this is my head cannon lore for…
…why Jimmy keeps coming better and better places in the life series! So basically there is a good Watcher that’s trying to help him win. The “rouge watcher” that the pink one is talking about is Grian (obviously) and the good watcher is consoling Jimmy about coming 4th. This watcher has been against the canary curse since 3rd life, the curse itself being the other watcher’s idea. I imagine the conversation going something like this:
💜 (about Jimmy): there, thats the one. 🩷 : really? Seems unfair… 💜 : yes. we must. 🩷 : if you say so…
Then after Jimmy’s death in Limited life:
🩷 : WHY DID YOU PUSH HIM!? 💜 : he just needed a little nudge… I think the better question is, why didn’t YOU push him? You were right there! 🩷 : *looks away* I don’t kill anyone that can’t see me. (The only time they can see the watchers is after they’ve lost their last life [if the watchers choose to show themselves] or after they’ve won)
Then the pink one shows itself to Jimmy and tells him that from now on, it’s going to try to help him win.
He then proceeds to come second last in Secret life, twelfth in Wild life, and now 4th in Past life, with the help of the pink watcher.
Anyways I’ll stop rambling now, thanks for coming to my TED talk lol.
(Also my camera made the colours FAR more vibrant than they actually are :P)
