This is also a nuisance and dog fight
Can not sleep ,
The dogs I out at 11:00 pm 21 June till today at Thursday 22 June 2023 01:00 am ,

Nuisance noise making disturbing the peace and also
Encouraging dog fight as the owner is aware of this ,
I have called the emergency number alway engaged and even other number kwamashu and Verulam and CBD ,once again my next door neighbour as numerous times called out metro police during 3 pm till as well as night,and it seem metro and SPCA and saps is not working together to remove this dogs as the vilation of the Ethekwinin Municipality bylaws and law enforcement:
1- Nuinsence- desturbing the peace during sleep

2- owners are encouraging dog fight by allowing the dog to be out of property as the dog has attacked other dogs
3- negligence of owner by letting her dog out

4 - there so many vilation the list goes on

I will get the phoenix civic envoled and politics party to call a meeting with metro police law enforcement and spca and Saps police and Ethekwinin Municipality Environmental law enforcement as this is the only way forward to remove the dogs in phoenix ,all pit bulls should be banned ,as mentioned by yourl that only when a injury or person dies then only yourl can put the dog off or to removing him , preventing injury a person from been Paralyzed from bite of a dog
and or even death from a pit bull is important

We call on the whole of Durban : Phoenix, Umhlanga, lalucia, Tongaat, Verulam,Stanger TO BAN Pitbulls immediately before more life's are taken away
