The Third Option Party is about the Re-ordering of Federal Government to meet the current challenges facing the world. Through re-attaching a National Public Bank, and placing Federal Government in more of a managerial role, new essential needs infrastructure can be built equally within each Community. With the American citizen now owning the infrastructure they pay for through their taxes, all the revenue that emanates from it will come back to each citizen, first through the National Bank (to pay off the infrastructure loans), then into separate but equal "Retirement Dividends", that will represent the new more sustainable Social Security. From Universal Healthcare and Education, to Energy, Communication, and Transportation Grids, to Regenerative and Vertical Farming, Water / Sewer, and Affordable Housing, every citizen's most basic needs will finally be met.
