The world is changing rapidly.
Technology is evolving. Industries are transforming. New inventions are emerging every day, and the way we live, work and do business continues to change.
But there is one thing humanity cannot do without:
FOOD.
No inventor, company or technology has manufactured a synthetic food that a human being can consume once and never feel hungry again.
We still eat.
We still get hungry.
And as long as humanity continues to live, food will continue to sell.
Even genetically modified organisms (GMOs) were developed to help us produce more food, improve yields and strengthen our ability to feed a growing population—not to remove food from the equation.
This is why food remains one of the most constant markets in the world.
Fashion changes.
Technology changes.
Trends change.
Businesses rise and fall.
But hunger remains.
And where there is hunger, there will always be a demand for food.
This is why, if you have the opportunity, knowledge and capacity, food is worth considering as a business and an investment.
You may not become rich overnight.
But you will be operating in a market that humanity cannot simply outgrow.
People must eat.
So, while the world keeps changing, remember one thing:
FOOD IS CONSTANT.

GUARD YOUR WIVES

A man is supposed to guard his wife as he guards his wealth. Yes, because she is his treasure.
The mandate of a man is not just to provide and protect. It also includes guiding and guarding the woman he has chosen as his wife—jealously.
I deliberately use the word *jealously* because, as I said earlier, she is your treasure. There are many men out there who are ready to woo her, pursue her, and, if you are careless, gradually take her away from you.
Hear me: guide her, even when she disagrees with you. Protect your marriage, even when doing so requires difficult conversations. Know what is happening around your home. Be present. Be attentive. Don't wait until there is a crisis before you realize that something precious has been slipping through your fingers.
If your wife is beautiful, then you may have even more reason to be intentional. Men will sometimes stop at nothing to pursue a woman, even when they know she is married. Some will respect the marriage; others will deliberately test its boundaries.
Nobody taught me this in school. It is something I have been inspired to understand because I want to know how to guide and guard my wife when I get married.
And I am sharing that inspiration with you so that you can learn from it and apply wisdom in your own marriage.
Haven't you heard of men who succeeded in taking other men's wives?
It happens.
So, learn this early: **don't take your wife for granted.**
Love her. Listen to her. Understand her. Stand beside her. Build friendship with her. Give her reasons to remain emotionally connected to you. Protect the trust between you. And when you see something threatening the peace of your marriage, don't pretend not to see it.
Your wife is not property to be controlled; she is your partner, your companion, and someone entrusted to you in marriage. Guard the relationship with wisdom, love, attention and pride.
She is your treasure.
And when something precious is neglected long enough, someone else may recognize its value before you do.
Guard what you have. Cherish your wife. Protect your marriage.

WHEN WISDOM SEES THE DANGER
There was a man who noticed something strange about the road ahead.
It was not completely blocked. Cars were still moving. People were still walking. From a distance, everything looked normal.
But the man stopped.
He stood there for a while, watching.
He noticed that the road had become unusually quiet. He saw a broken warning sign lying by the roadside. He noticed that people who had gone farther down the road were turning back.
So he asked someone nearby, “What happened ahead?”
The person replied, “There is danger on that road.”
The man did not argue.
He did not say, “I have travelled this road many times.”
He did not say, “Nothing has happened to me before.”
He did not say, “Let me just go and see for myself.”
He simply turned around.
Another man standing beside him laughed.
“You are afraid of everything,” he said. “Look at me. I am going.”
And he continued down the road.
The first man watched him disappear into the distance.
He wanted to shout after him, but he knew that some lessons cannot be forced upon people.
Sometimes, wisdom is not about knowing everything.
Sometimes, wisdom is simply knowing when not to continue.
That is the spirit behind Proverbs 22:3:
“The shrewd one sees the danger and conceals himself, but the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences.”
There is something very profound about this scripture.
It does not say the shrewd person is never afraid.
It does not say he knows everything.
It does not even say he is stronger than everyone else.
It simply says that he sees danger and responds appropriately.
That is wisdom.
A wise person does not have to experience every disaster before believing that disaster exists.
He can learn from what happened to others.
He can recognize patterns.
He can listen to warnings.
He can observe changes.
And sometimes, he can walk away from something that everyone else is rushing toward.
Unfortunately, many people confuse courage with stubbornness.
They think turning back is weakness.
They think admitting that something is dangerous makes them cowards.
They think because they have already invested time, money, emotions or relationships into something, they must continue—even when the evidence is screaming at them to stop.
But there are moments in life when the greatest act of courage is to withdraw.
Leave the relationship.
Leave the business arrangement.
Leave the environment.
Leave the conversation.
Leave the opportunity that looks attractive but carries hidden danger.
Leave the road.
Not every open door is an invitation from God.
Not every opportunity is worth taking.
Not every friendship deserves preservation.
Not every battle deserves your participation.
And not every journey deserves to be completed simply because you started it.
There is a dangerous mentality that says:
“I have already come this far, so I must continue.”
But what if the road ahead is taking you somewhere you should never have gone?
What if the warning signs you are seeing now are the very signs you prayed for?
What if that discomfort inside you is not weakness, but discernment?
What if the thing you keep calling “perseverance” is actually stubbornness?
The inexperienced person keeps going because he wants to prove that he is not afraid.
The shrewd person turns back because he understands that his life is more important than proving a point.
Think about a driver approaching a bridge that has been declared unsafe.
He sees the warning.
He sees the barricade.
He sees other vehicles turning around.
But instead of stopping, he says:
“I have travelled this road before.”
And he drives forward.
At that point, his problem is no longer ignorance.
He has been warned.
Sometimes, the greatest tragedy in life is not that we never saw the warning.
It is that we saw it and continued anyway.
You may already know that certain people are not good for you.
You may already know that a particular business arrangement is dangerous.
You may already know that a certain habit is destroying your future.
You may already know that a particular environment is changing you into someone you do not want to become.
You may already know that something is wrong.
But knowing is not enough.
Wisdom begins when knowledge produces the right action.
The shrewd one sees danger—and conceals himself.
He does not negotiate with the danger.
He does not challenge it unnecessarily.
He does not stay close to it just to prove that he is spiritually strong.
He moves.
Because sometimes, God protects us not by removing the danger, but by giving us the wisdom to recognize it and the courage to walk away.
So, if you see the warning sign, don't despise it.
If you recognize the pattern, don't ignore it.
If something repeatedly exposes you to unnecessary danger, don't keep calling it coincidence.
And if wisdom tells you to step back, step back.
There are some consequences you were never meant to learn from personally.
You can learn from the mistakes of others.
You can learn from history.
You can learn from observation.
You can learn from experience that is not your own.
You do not have to touch fire to believe that it burns.
You do not have to fall into every pit to know that pits are dangerous.
And you do not have to lose everything before you finally understand the value of walking away.
Sometimes, walking away is not giving up.
Sometimes, walking away is wisdom.
Sometimes, retreat is protection.
And sometimes, the person who turns around while everyone else is moving forward is not the coward.
He may simply be the only one who saw what was waiting ahead.
