I am a self-proclaimed VOLVO fan owning S60 with EURO4 D5 engine.
I currently own a 2006 year (MY07) Volvo S60 with D5244T7 (93kw, inline 5 cylinder, D5?) diesel engine and 5 gear manual transmission. It has driven over 475 000 km already and I have no plan to sell this car yet. Most likely try to improve instead and keep it running. If you have 120kw or 136kw engine with a plastic rocker cover/inlet manifold and EURO4 requirements- most content may apply for you too related to engine.
Most of my content is related to P2 Volvo S60 that I currently own and probably a diesel S90 in future as well. I also have plan to own a Mercedes-Benz van (Because Volvo does not make any vans) for very light camper conversion.

Answering one comment on how to get EGR valve off the car. I want to suggest that it's probably easier to first remove whole EGR unit (with cooler) from the car. At least mine. I have also cooler by-pass valve that some cars don't have.
Bolts in red circle are not much accessible when whole unit is on car. In my case- they were also so stuck that I basically drilled out one of them.
