I’m Boruch Akbosh, your Growth & Value Architect at Risepreneur.com.
I started in web development and spent 15+ years across marketing, sales, and operations. Now I focus on one mission: turn good businesses into buyer-ready assets. I connect people, process, and technology so the company runs without the owner, the numbers hold up in diligence, and buyers pay a premium.
WHY THIS MATTERS:
- 80% of sub-$1M businesses never sell.
- 70%+ of owners regret their sale within a year.
- ~50% of deals die in due diligence.
- 80–90% of an owner’s net worth is often trapped in the business.
I fix these risks by making your company scalable, predictable, and defensible—before you go to market.
WHAT RISEPRENEUR DOES
We partner, invest, and sometimes acquire businesses with potential—then systemize, scale, and sell. Our work raises EBITDA, lowers risk, and builds clean transitions buyers trust.
Build the company buyers compete to acquire.

🌟 The Power of Mindfulness 🌟
To be mindful is to be strong. 💪 Most people don’t even notice 90% of their mistakes—and I’m no exception! But when you start to see them, or work with a mentor who helps you recognize them, it can feel tough.
Before, you didn’t know you were doing things wrong, so you felt fine. Now you see the truth, and it’s hard—but here’s the good news: you finally have the chance to fix it and grow. 🙌
Mindfulness isn’t easy, but it’s the first step toward real change and strength. 💡

What should the focus be in relationships with close people?
I have a few close people in my life, and I always strive to improve our relationships. My focus is simple: I aim to make the other person stronger. To understand how I can improve the life of someone dear to me, I first need to understand their needs and desires.
Making someone stronger means making them happier because strength and happiness are linked to energy. When a person has a lot of energy, they feel happy. Therefore, it's important to energize them and give them what they want.
For example, asking the right questions at the right time, listening without interrupting, and knowing when to speak and when to stay silent. All these actions help to make a person stronger and happier.
What's your take on this?

Albert Einstein considered compound interest to be the eighth wonder of the world. He famously said, "He who understands compound interest earns it, and he who doesn't pays it everywhere." The core of compound interest lies in understanding the "rule of 72."
The Rule of 72 is a simple method to estimate how many years it will take for an investment to double at a given interest rate. You just divide the number 72 by the percentage rate of return. For instance, if you expect an annual return of 20%, then 72 ÷ 20 = 3.6. This means your money will double in 3.6 years at a 20% annual return.
Now, consider growing your business at 30% by being more intentional and aggressive in your growth strategy. According to the Rule of 72, 72 ÷ 30 = 2.4. This means the value of your business will double roughly every 2.5 years.
Understanding the Rule of 72 helps you better predict your long-term financial outcomes.

It's crucial to surround yourself with people who boost your self-esteem. These aren't the ones who constantly criticize you.
Instead, they are the individuals who make you feel pleasant and comfortable, loving you for who you are. Through your interactions with them, you can identify your own flaws and choose to improve them if you wish.

I always aim to motivate and energize my students during lessons. Creating a business can be challenging, full of potential setbacks that might make you feel like giving up.
I'm familiar with these feelings, as I constantly experience them myself. It's invaluable to have at least one person in your corner, boosting your chances of success. Ultimately, in business, what counts most is your drive and determination to succeed, and I'm eager to share my energy with others.
