From 2021 to 2023, wholesale was much easier — brand approvals were smoother, distributors were cooperative, and invoice verification rarely created problems. Many sellers built profitable businesses during that time.

But today, the situation has changed significantly.

Sellers are now facing major challenges:
• Brand approvals are difficult to obtain
• Profit margins are shrinking due to heavy competition
• Invoice verification is becoming a serious risk

Even when inventory is authentic and sourced from real distributors, invoices sometimes get rejected during verification. This can lead to listing removal, account deactivation, or inventory getting stuck in FBA. Because of this, wholesale has become a high-risk model for beginners.

Another important reality: Amazon UAE wholesale and arbitrage are almost dead business models right now. Many accounts run for a short time and then face deactivation or supply issues, making the model unstable and unpredictable.

If someone still wants to do wholesale, it should only be done with:
• Strong capital
• Direct brand relationships
• Proper branded invoices
• A US-based business setup

Otherwise, the risk is very high.

This is why many sellers are now shifting toward Private Label (MPL).

Private Label gives you control over your product, branding, sourcing, pricing, and listing quality. You are not dependent on brand approvals or invoice acceptance. Instead, success depends on product research, value addition, strong sourcing, and professional images.

Start small. Improve the product. Build your brand.

If your product ranks, it sells.

Business models evolve — smart sellers evolve with them.

Case Study: How I Boosted My Amazon Sales After Going Out of Stock

During Q4, one of my Amazon products went out of stock, which naturally dropped the sales performance. As soon as I restocked, I decided to rebuild the entire PPC structure from scratch — and the results turned out extremely positive.

1. Campaign Structure

I created 8 campaigns focusing on very controlled and intentional targeting:

• Manual Exact Targeting

• Product Targeting

• Multiple campaigns based on price variations

• Continuous keyword filtering using search terms

This helped me keep the traffic clean and relevant.

2. Reducing Wasted Spend

I dedicated extra time to improving negative keywords.

By carefully adding negatives from the search term report, I managed to stop irrelevant clicks completely. This alone saved a good portion of ad spend.

3. Smart Timing Strategy

I observed that most buyers in my category shop during the evening.

So I scheduled my campaigns from 6 PM to 12 AM, which instantly improved the conversion rate and stabilized the ACoS.

4. Using AI for Budget Insights

Instead of guessing, I used AI tools only for analyzing where the spend was being wasted.

This helped me adjust the bids properly and avoid weak placements or low-performing keywords.

5. The Outcome

As soon as the product came back in stock and campaigns were optimized, the sales started climbing again.

The attached screenshots clearly show the increase in sales after the new PPC structure was activated.
