Some progress on my Iron Giant. To properly represent the snow mountain, I 3D printed a pile of snow and added the head. Then, I soaked tissue paper in a mixture of water and glue. After letting it cure overnight, I started blending the transitions with Snow Paste. More progress to follow.

Es gibt wieder einen kleinen Blick in meine Werft wo U-96 langsam wächst. Ich habe mir die Mühe gemacht und einiges neu lackiert. Der Boden im Torpedoraum wurde in Silber lackiert und die "Holzwände" mit einer Maserung aufgewertet. Als Vorbereitung für weitere Upgrades,habe ich die Matratzen in einer anderen Farbe lackiert und die Boardwand ebenfalls mit einer anderen Farbe überarbeitet.

There's another little look into my shipyard where U-96 is slowly growing. I went to the trouble and repainted some things. The floor in the torpedo room was painted silver and the "wooden walls" were enhanced with grain. In preparation for further upgrades, I painted the mattresses a different color and also refinished the board wall with a different color. See you next time.

After 8 hours of work I have another part ready for my Ecto 1. This is the switch panel (MSC P/N 10-A) The original part of the kit was a bad joke and that's why I completely remade it. Another piece of the puzzle for the bigger picture.

Nach 8 Stunden Arbeit habe ich ein weiteres Teil für meinen Ecto 1 fertig. Das ist das Schaltpanel (MSC P/N 10-A) Der ursprüngliche Teil des Bausatzes war ein schlechter Scherz und deshalb habe ich ihn komplett neu gemacht. Ein weiteres Puzzleteil für das Gesamtbild.

Some updates to what is probably the most important part in the interior of my Ecto 1. The BGM-340 Guidance System, Tektronic Type RM561A and the Analog/Digital Simulation Switch Control Panel were finally finished. All components were 3D printed and painted by hand. Very tiring but it was worth it.
