When somebody says a "No" to you where you wished for or expected a "Yes" ; what do you feel?

~ Rejection?
~ Disappointment?
~ Anger?
~ Bitterness?
Or,
Are you able to receive it objectively?
~ As in, it is a response or stand taken by the other person (for whatever their reasons might be, that prompted such a response/stance).

Most of the times, a "No" might about the person who is saying it and not about you. It need not be taken as a rejection of you.

A clean and clear "No" is any day better than a dubious, deceitful or doubtful "yes". What do you think?

Many a times, I have experienced that a particular set of clients come with a common challenge or life situation. Interestingly, I might have already gone through that kind of challenge myself or at times, find myself facing a similar scenario later on.


It is NOT about attracting the same challenges in my life because am supporting other people with their journeys.
It happens (most likely) because we are all part of the same collective consciousness.


At times, "we heal" by being a conduit of healing for others.
At times, "we learn" for ourselves, by being the Facilitator of a journey for others.


The reverse is equally true. That is, we become the Facilitator of healing or learning for others, and glean wisdom and healing for ourselves. Whichever way "it happens", the collective and individual consciousness benefits...

Vulnerability is all about witnessing and accepting what is, what you are.. in this moment... the so called "good, bad, ugly".


It is not about self pity and self indulgence. Although if you feel like engaging in that; even then too, there is no judgement about it either. Witness, feel, let it go the way it naturally will.

Focus on "growing connections", not entanglements. There is a world of difference between connections and entanglements. Very fine line too between the two.

Involvement and connections are organic and natural.

Attachments and entanglements arise from unfinished business emotionally, past wounds, unprocessed emotions and baggage.

Bless the souls who play the tough roles in your lives, bringing into focus the difference between a healthy engagement and a toxic attachment.

We are all here in this space-time-reality, for bringing forth something unique. Those who engage in healing work or divination or anything else for that matter; each is meant to bring forth their own flavour.

Competition seldom works. Collaborations do. Honoring each other works. Having no barriers in giving and receiving works.

At the end of the day or life for that matter, what might be of any relevance or consequence might be just this : how well we lived, how kindly we treated each other and ourselves, how many open wounds and unfinished business we could take care of, how much we walked our talk...
