Hi everyone! 👋 (This is an update regarding my gaming channels)

I was chatting with Ezra recently, and we've decided to take a different approach when it comes to releasing our videos: we'll be focusing on one channel at a time. At this point we've got 29 episodes already uploaded to Late Game Nite, but none for Game Nite - read on for more details.

In the past we would release 1 new episode on two of our channels, five days a week. In the background I would try to edit these videos as fast as I could (or as fast as my computer allows me 😅) and keep the schedule going. But because of our hiatus since last November (people around us were getting sick, each of us getting busy in our IRL jobs; and a variety of things coming up), it has thrown us off. I'm also considering to invest in a new PC (I've had this current one for almost 4 years now - it's not optimized to get upgraded to Windows 11, and it's already starting to have difficulty just opening Windows Explorer folders 😭) in the future.

I had thought about waiting to release the episodes we have ready until we've prepared a big enough backlog for our other channel Game Nite, but I don't want to keep anyone waiting. So starting tomorrow for the next 4 weeks, we will be premiering 20 episodes of ⁠Super Mario RPG on Switch, the week after that will be 5 episodes of ⁠Cult of the Lamb's Sins of the Flesh DLC; then it'll be 4 episodes of ⁠Mighty Switch Force HD on the Tuesdays & Thursdays for the two weeks after that.

While these premiere, the plan is to edit for the main Game Nite channel, and have a batch of its episodes ready before Late Game Nite runs out. But if anything does come up, we will provide more updates.

We do have another update in regards to our episodic content. We have been recording more games; however, Tanner's been super busy with his IRL job, and will be going on a planned vacation for a week. He'll feel a lot more refreshed for his IRL job & our gaming channels when he returns.

'Bout time for another update! Clearly we haven't released new episodes this month, but we've been recording plenty of content!

Hey everyone! Tanner here - someone in my residence just tested positive for COVID, so it's possible that I won't be able to meet up with my co-hosts to record more commentaries.

Despite that, my IRL job may also become more busier with the holidays coming up, which can decrease my time to edit our videos.

My co-hosts & I will plan to record more content ASAP. Plus, this would also be a good opportunity to build up our backlog of episodes again.

So with that in mind, any episodes we have already scheduled to premiere, will have to be spaced out per say. Here is our current schedule featuring two of our channels.

Hi all! We've got an important update in regards to our video schedule.

We're running behind on getting our episodes out in a timely manner, so we will be pushing any videos we've already scheduled for the upcoming week & onward - to early July - and we'll use this opportunity to record & edit more commentaries to prepare our backlog of content.

If by chance we can make more progress than we have anticipated, we can start releasing episodes in mid/late June, so stay tuned!

TL;DR - We've been experiencing technical difficulties when recording, & (mostly good) IRL stuff has occurred. Any existing episodes that have yet to premiere on this channel will be rescheduled. There will be fewer episodes each week, but we'll set up a backlog of videos for the new year! Refer to this channel's schedule below. Tanner here, Ezra & I had discussed about the current status of the video queue of our channel(s (Game Nite & Late Game)), plus recent events. Last month I was offered a new, full-time job! Yay! Before starting my new job, I had already planned a little vacation to Disneyland - which has been fun - but I started feeling sick on the way home. Later that week I had tested positive for "the rona". I communicated with the new company, and they agreed to delay my start date for another week - and the status of my rona would impact whether I could work on-site or not. Thankfully, I had tested negative later. :)


One night Ezra & I were recording Sonic Frontiers (and let me just say, I've beaten the game while I was sick, and it was fun overall), but the elgato recording had stopped after the first 30 minutes, and lost the next 2 hours or so. We've had similar issues like this when we were recording Super Paper Mario on another night (not as severe though). We're not sure what the exact cause is, despite having a few ideas/theories why. I can say that due to a recent sale, I've decided to purchase the Elgato HD60 X capture card, so hopefully that can help.


We've decided that with any existing videos that have yet to release, will be delayed (in other words, the remaining weeks this year will premiere fewer episodes). We'll provide a December Schedule for both of our mentioned channels, down below. But in the background, we'll prepare a backlog of videos for when the new year starts. Mark you calanders for January 2nd, 2023! Thank you all for your patience and support, and if you haven't subscribed yet - and like what we do, we'd greatly appreciate it!
