🧬 One molecule. 90% longer lifespan.

That number stopped me in my tracks. In my latest conversation with Chris Burres, we explored the science behind ESS60 (Carbon 60), one of the most talked-about molecules in longevity.

Whether you're curious or skeptical, this is a conversation worth hearing.

I've become much more intentional about what I put in and on my body. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, and the products we use every day all matter. I can't control everything, but I can make better choices where it counts. Small changes, made consistently, really do add up.

πŸ’› What's one swap you've made that's made you feel better?

I don't believe self-care is about escaping your life. I think it's about creating small moments that help you feel more like yourself.

Some days that's movement.
Some days it's sunshine.
Some days it's slowing down long enough to take a deep breath.

The little things add up. Which one are you choosing today? πŸ’›

One thing I've learned over the years: You can't outwork poor recovery.

The strongest, healthiest people I know don't just train hard.
They recover intentionally.

I love exploring different ways to support my body, from recovery technologies like this to the simple habits that never go out of style: quality sleep, time in nature, movement, and managing stress.

At the end of the day, longevity isn't about finding one magic solution.
It's about consistently giving your body what it needs.

How do you recharge? πŸ‘‡

If I could only give one piece of health advice, it wouldn't be a supplement. I'd tell you to get these right first:

β€’ Eat real food.
β€’ Drink clean water.
β€’ Breathe clean air.
β€’ Protect your sleep.
β€’ Move your body every day.

Most people are looking for the next breakthrough while overlooking the basics.

πŸ‘‡ Which one has made the biggest difference for you?

How much attention are you paying to the products you use every day?

Research has raised important questions about PFAS, phthalates, and other chemicals found in some everyday products. It's one of the reasons so many people are becoming more intentional about what they bring into their homes.

πŸ‘‡ Where are you on your journey?
