The mind of a bitter human is on full display in this video.
His claims that Django: Unchained shouldn't exist and Tarantino's work should be "Critiqued out of existence" are driven by pure ego and bitterness.
In an interview for Django Unchained, Tarantino described Django in the following paragraph:
"uber-masculine black male figure of folklore," ...whose adventures would have been disseminated (and exaggerated) through "spoken history passed down by slaves, about this one guy, throughout the course of time." The film is a superhero origin story, explaining how a chain-gang slave becomes a free man... grows into the "fastest gun in the South," rescues his wife from bondage, and ultimately evolves into a kind of angel of vengeance, wiping out anyone and everyone — white, black, male, female — who endorses, enforces, enables and/or is economically enriched by the institution of slavery.
And this guy doesn't want this movie to exist. Because Tarantino wrote it, it's "Not his to tell" because Tarantino is white. But that's just his racist excuse. The reality is he's bitter because HE didn't write Django: Unchained. HE doesn't have the creativity or resources to create such a fantastic piece of fiction. So he plays his stack of race cards in a position of moral authority as to why this film is not Tarantino's story to tell or claim ownership of even though he wrote, directed, and acted in it.
We all have to cut our teeth as creatives in any medium. I am certainly in that phase of the craft myself. To be bitter that other people came up with great ideas reveals - in my opinion - that you hold no love for the craft you're involved in. There's no appreciation for the great works of the craft. Sweet Baby Inc. aims to destroy the gaming industry because it has become the modern storytelling medium. Make no mistake, these individuals are driven by ego, spite, and bitterness. Not love, passion, or creative inspiration.
