Findings from Image 2:
1. Bone alignment appears maintained without significant dislocations.
2. Some irregularities in joint surfaces with possible erosive changes around smaller joints of the hand.
3. Wrist joint space appears relatively normal, but subtle changes need further evaluation.
Conclusion:
The findings suggest possible inflammatory arthritis (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis) or early degenerative osteoarthritis. A detailed clinical correlation, along with laboratory tests (such as Rheumatoid Factor and Anti-CCP), is recommended for an accurate diagnosis.
