REGGAE ROCKERS was set up by in 2009 to spread our love of Jamaican music and culture.
Monthly sessions at InSpiral Lounge, Camden, ran for 6 years, with resident selectors Toby Ranks and Matti Dread hosting.
Guest selectors included Nick Manasseh, Perilous Selector, Sir Lennox and Stereochemist with guest vocalists Bobo Blackstar, Ramon Judah, Bongo Kanny, Prince Tuffy Irie and Gregory Fabulous bringing positive vibes to the sessions.

Toby Ranks has played DJ sets at Rototom Sunsplash, One Love and Glade festivals, Hootananny, Jamrock, Purple Turtle, Open The Gate, Dub Central and BuXa and regularly plays at Hod Hamahat and Shapiroots in TLV.

A lover of Rub-a-Dub , T Ranks specializes in remixing early 80’s Channel One studio classics featuring backing band Roots Radics.
