Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) have reached an epidemic proportion throughout the world and every year taking lives of millions of people.
Unfortunately, kidney disease is one of the major causes of death but it is absolutely and awfully silent in the early stage. There is no symptom till more than 70% of the kidney is damaged and at this stage, there is hardly any option to avoid dialysis or transplantation.
And the cost of dialysis or transplantation is beyond the reach of the common people.
"The Kidney Care Society" is focused to prevent and arrest the progression of the kidney disease by Educating our community and Stakeholders, Conducting screening campaign for the population of all ages, regular clinical research while providing treatment by highly experienced and skilled clinical manpower under the leadership of Dr. Pratim Sengupta, The most renowned Nephrologist & Transplant Physician in India, MD (Medicine), DM (Nephrology).
