Just put an offer on. A house and my stomach is in knots 😆 pray I get it and the 2 cement slabs i have to replace in the driveway doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

CHANNEL UPDATE: I have been having a few showings of my house and as that continues until the house sells the State of the Art stream and channels are still on hiatus and ill sprinkle them in as I can. With that being said I will be aiming to do a live stream this coming Wednesday unless a house showing prevents that. Example: had 2 house showings last Wed that went until 8pm. (Which caused me to forget to put the trash at the side of the road as i had no fourfeathers reminder that day) I hope you are all doing well able to snag some figures you've been wanting and being safe.
