Proud is an understatement. Over the last 12 months we have seen 100’s of LGBTQ+ individuals make incredible physical and mental transformations. I wanted this post to symbolize the significance of fitness, and its role in gender affirmation.


Some of these results are aesthetic: weight loss, muscle growth, masculinization of physique, top surgery prep, etc.

But others have shown more mental growth than physical. That is the growth that lasts a lifetime.

I am so grateful I get to grow with so many of you each year, and we have big things coming in 2026.

5.5 weeks post op and cleared to get back into lifting! Super stoked with the way I’ve been able to maintain composition through recovery, time to ease back into things and put on some sizeeeee
