Shri Anshul Garg appreciated the initiatives taken by Life Magic Solar in spreading awareness about the scheme across Jammu & Kashmir and emphasized the importance of adopting renewable energy for a sustainable future. Meanwhile, the delegation also met senior officers of KPDCL at their Srinagar offices to discuss coordination and streamline awareness activities under the scheme.

DC Kupwara Flags Off Exposure Tour for Farmers to SKUAST Wadoora
KUPWARA, NOVEMBER 11: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, today flagged off a group of farmers for an Exposure Tour to SKUAST Wadoora. The tour which was flagged off from D. C Office Complex here, aims to provide hands-on training and awareness about the latest technologies in pruning and high-density plantation. Chief Horticulture Officer (CHO) Kupwara, Sandeep Dubey and officials from Horticulture Department were present on the occasion. The programme has been organized by the Horticulture Department under the ATMA (Agricultural Technology Management Agency) Scheme, with the objective of upgrading farmers’ technical knowledge and promoting modern horticultural practices in the district. Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the importance of such exposure visits in enhancing farmers’ skills and productivity. He urged the participants to make the most of the training and implement the learned techniques in their orchards to improve yield and quality. CHO also spoke and said that during the tour, the farmers will visit SKUAST Wadoora where they will get training about latest horticulture techniques and practices.
