God is not asking you to erase your past,
He’s asking you to stop letting it define you.
The old disappointments, the delays, the versions of you that survived instead of thrived
those were preparation, not your destination.
Today I choose to release the viejo (old)
and step into the nuevo (new) God has prepared.

Father God, I surrender what was.
I release the weight of yesterday.
I trust You with tomorrow.
Lead me forward with peace, clarity, and faith.
I press on, not in fear, but in purpose.

Our minds are incredibly powerful and the Bible reminds us:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Romans 12:2
When we renew our minds, we literally change the direction of our lives.
Going forward, Eden Essence will be offering even more prayer, guided meditation, sound healing, Scripture, and science-based neuroscience to help you quiet mental noise, strengthen your faith, and hear God more clearly.
This is a space to release doubt and fear and step into clarity, confidence, and God-given power.
