2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. Apparently the coolant reservoir is weak for these vehicles according to many forums.
They also are a pain in tht ass to change. Looks are deceiving since it's right up top. However the hose clamps and a screw are in places not so great. Especially if you have big hands.
The cooling reservoir is not a readily available part locally. Typically they have to be ordered along with the upper and lower hoses.
There is an upgraded reservoir that is made of aluminum that claim to be leak proof. I went with the standard O.E. replacement for now.

This is the season for car batteries to fail in the southern areas of the country. Make sure to buy the warranty with car batteries because normally at least in Arizona, they only last 2 summers. Most warranties are for 3 years which means, buy one, get one FREE!
A battery light on your dash does NOT mean you have a dead battery! That is a charging system warning meaning your alternator just took a shit.
Remember BUY THE WARRANTY!!

Time for an oil change on my 16 Silverado 5.3. What do y'all think about Royal Purple? Read some reviews online and it seems like it's a good quality motor oil. I guess we'll see. Next oil change I'm going to try Amsoil.

If it ain't one thing, is another! Upgraded my alternator to a Pure Power 400 amp with the RVC Bypass.
2 years later I'm at 11 volts while driving 🤬!
I'm going to call the company and see what they say.
Definitely not a happy customer right now! 🤦🏿♂️
