A Hyundai i20 exploded at about 6:52 pm (local time) at the traffic signal of Subhash Marg, near Gate 1 of the Red Fort Metro Station in New Delhi.

The blast resulted in at least 8 deaths and 20+ injured (some reports say up to 24).
