Think there's a little part of me that was unsure if I'd get to this point, I booked my bodybuilding show mid November
But locked in, backed myself, never missed a step and given it everything humanly possible to get to this point
Super happy with confidence and conditioning just need to keep the consistency and tick the boxes as I have been and in 8 weeks time I get to finish the job 🤝

Genuinely blessed I have such good people around me, the whole journey has been a privilege so far and the people I have around me daily at ultraflex is phenomenal ❤️

Half marathon at 10 weeks 6 days out from been on a bodybuilding stage maybe not my smartest idea 😆
First 3 miles felt unreal
Then it turned into a proper graft
No carb load Dieting for weeks Couple gels That was it
Bodybuilding is the road I'm on so fuelling like an endurance athlete (2 day carb load, minimal activity days prior) doesn't fuel my main goal of been on stage
No sessions missed this week, this was just a little extra 💪
Heart and lungs felt solid best they’ve felt in fairness
Legs just weren’t having it 😅 and just general fatigue kicked me arse 😆
But that’s prep and bodybuilding is priority right now
Head clear this was just a little cardio test and side quest
Body intact and injury free
That’s a win
Huge mention to hype man, one of me best pals and today's photographer and taxi driver @tee_ess_jr would have been fucked without ya today brother
Awesome to see former client @hemblado today too crushing it ahead of his marathon in October proud of you ✨️
Now back to bodybuilding
Most lads wouldn’t even attempt this in prep greatful I did and had the capacity to complete it

10 weeks out today...
70 days time until I hit that bodybuilding stage for the first time 💪
Excitement starting to build, shape tightening 👀
New low bodyweight this week of 82.2kg which was also nice to see
Working on tbe routine with @posewithemma1 who has helped me so much posing truly is a skill and I'm enjoying developing it

From been on the Classic Bodybuilding stage at the PCA first timers 🤓

84.6kg this morning
Cardio bumped to 40 Mins so up 5 mins per session still at x5 per week and seems to have done the trick 🫡
Steps 10,000 per day
Weights 5x per week
