Is it actually possible to silence food noise without shots, meds, or GLP-1s?

Short answer: yes — absolutely.

And just to be clear, I’m not anti-meds or anti-GLP-1.

But every single week I talk to women who tell me the same thing:

“I want to silence food noise and lose 25+ pounds without medication… if I can.”

That’s a completely fair desire.

So how do I know it’s possible?

Two reasons.

First — I had to do it myself.

My food noise started when I was 11 years old, the moment I was handed a Weight Watchers book and put on my first diet. That kicked off years of disordered eating, restriction, and yo-yo dieting.

Fast forward to today — I haven’t had food noise in over a decade.

Second — we’ve done this with thousands of clients.

Inside Dieting From The Inside Out, we’ve been helping people quiet food noise long before “food noise” was even a searchable term.

Over the last 15+ years, we’ve helped 1,000+ clients silence food noise and lose stubborn fat — without it coming back.

So yes… it can be done.

(And side note: the loudest people online telling you it can’t usually happen to be selling GLP-1s.)

Now here’s the uncomfortable but honest conversation.
GLP-1s work really well.

They’re the closest thing our industry has ever seen to a “magic shot.”

For most people, cravings and food noise shut off fast.

But here’s the part no one likes to talk about:

They don’t ‘fix’ anything — they just silence it.

That’s why so many people come to DFIO after stopping the meds… only to have food noise, uncontrolled eating, and weight gain come roaring back.

Think of food noise like a smoke alarm.

If it’s going off, there’s a fire.

Taking GLP-1s is like pulling the batteries out of the alarm.

The noise stops — but the fire was never addressed.

So when the batteries go back in… of course the alarm comes back on.

Again — no judgment if you’re taking meds.

But very few people are actually doing the deeper work of healing their relationship with food while they’re on them.

And if you want food noise to stay gone without meds, you have to do what the meds can’t:
Heal your real relationship with food
Follow a sustainable fat-loss plan that doesn’t rely on white-knuckling
Learn emotional regulation so stress doesn’t send you to food
Undo years of old mental programming aorund food you learned from childhood
Master moderation so you can enjoy anything without spiraling
If those 5 things are in place, food noise doesn’t come back.

Honestly, if you fix those things, most people don’t need the shot in the first place.

That’s exactly why those are the first five pillars we work on inside DFIO.

We don’t even allow clients to enter a fat-loss phase until those foundations are solid.

Then — and only then — we move into what I call “boring fat loss.”

Most clients experience a massive drop in food noise within the first couple months just by fixing those five things.

I even guarantee it: if a client doesn’t see at least 50% less food noise in the first 6 weeks, they don’t pay.

I put my money where my mouth is 😉

I also just dropped a brand-new YouTube video breaking all of this down step-by-step.

"I know it works...I'm just scared it won't work for me."

There’s a sentence I hear all the time — and it usually comes right before someone finally changes their life.

It sounds like this:
“I know your program works.
I love your client interviews.
Their story is just like mine.
I’m just scared it won’t work for me.”

If that thought has crossed your mind, I want you to hear this clearly:
That fear doesn’t mean you’re broken.

It means you’ve been disappointed too many times.
…or probably been burned by some dumb coaches if we’re being honest.

When you’ve tried for years… sometimes decades…

when you’ve “done everything right” and still ended up back in the same place…

your brain learns something dangerous:

Hope leads to disappointment.

So it protects you.

Because fear even supersedes logic.

It tells you:
“Maybe I’m the exception.”
“Maybe I’m too far gone.”
“Maybe this just isn’t fixable for me.”

Not because it’s true, but because it’s safer than getting your hopes up again.

Here’s the truth most people never explain:

Long struggle doesn’t mean you’re the problem.

It usually means you’ve been solving the wrong problem the whole time.

The women who worry it “won’t work for them” are rarely the hardest cases.

They’re often the most prepared ones.

Because they:
have already tried willpower
have already tried discipline
have already tried doing more
have already proven effort isn’t the issue

What they haven’t had yet is an approach that works with their psychology instead of against it.

That’s why the story always sounds the same at the beginning:
“I’ve tried everything.”
“I feel too far gone.”
“I don’t trust myself anymore.”

And why the shift doesn’t start with weight loss.

It starts with:
food noise quieting
binge urges dissolving
eating feeling neutral again
self-trust slowly rebuilding
Sustainability forming

Those are the early wins that tell us, “This time is actually different.”

Not because the person changed —
but because the mechanism did.

If you’re afraid to believe this could work for you, I don’t want you to ignore that fear.

I want you to understand it.

Fear of failure isn’t a red flag.

It’s a signal you’ve been burned — and you’re finally being careful.

Your brain is just trying to protect you. We just have to make sure it doesn’t get so carried away you never get the help you need.

What matters is whether you keep letting that fear make the decision for you.

You’re not too far gone.

You’re not the exception.

And you’re not broken beyond repair.

The old approach is the issue, not you.

You’ve just never been given the right framework for your brain and life.

Want to see the exact frameworks, approach, and systems we use for clients to silence food noise while losing 25+ pounds? I have a podcast here that breaks everything down that’ll lay it out step-by-step:

Can’t stop thinking about food 24/7 while dieting & trying to lose weight?

Yeah, you aren’t the only one.

…& if you don’t fix it you’ll just keep gaining your weight back.

My DM’s are filled with women wanting to silence their food noise & constant thoughts about food while just trying to lose 20 or 30lbs.

I broke it all down in a new YouTube video here: https://youtu.be/7RHBoIAZJxs

Don't shoot the messenger...

Does it frustrate you that what used to work to lose a few pounds now just makes you gain weight, and somehow makes the food noise even louder?

Because that’s usually the most confusing part.

You’re not doing nothing, you’re doing everything.

You’ve been trying to lose weight for years… maybe decades.
You’ve cut calories like crazy.
You’ve exiled carbs..
Every Monday you swear, “This time is going to be different” but never is.
You listen to the podcasts, read the articles, buy the books… but somehow none of it sticks long enough to matter.

You may have even gone to therapy for your food issues, only to be told things like “just don’t keep trigger foods in the house” or “try to distract yourself.”

You’ve hopped on every diet with this own name.

Not to mention spent more money than you want to admit on challenges, supplements, or quick fixes.

And at some point (even if you didn’t want to)  you probably started considering GLP-1 shots… not because it felt aligned, but because you were tired of fighting your own brain.

And yet… the food noise is still here and out of control and it’s like your relationship with food gets worse by the week.

At some point, it starts to feel personal.

Like you must be the problem.
Like something is broken in you.

Because if you’re successful, capable, and disciplined everywhere else in your life… why is this the one area you can’t seem to figure out?

Here’s the part most no one has told you:

What you’ve been taught to do to “fix” this is actually what’s keeping it stuck.

The old way of dieting — the constant restriction, white-knuckling, and trying to work around food noise — doesn’t quiet it.

It amplifies it.

Not because you’re weak or lack willpower.

But because that approach was never designed for someone who already has food noise.

If food noise is already present, trying to diet on top of it is like pouring gasoline on a fire.

The stricter you get, the louder it gets.
The more rigid the plan, the worse your relationship with food becomes.

You’ve probably heard the saying, “You can’t outwork a bad diet.”

That’s true.

But what no one tells you is this:
You also can’t out-diet food noise or a poor relationship with food.

And because this kind of dieting isn’t sustainable long-term, eventually you fall off.

This is where I want to be very clear:

If you keep using the same approach that created this cycle, the cycle doesn’t magically break on its own.

That doesn’t mean you’re doomed, It means the strategy needs to change.

You haven’t failed dieting.

Dieting, (at least the way you were taught to do it) failed you.

And that distinction matters more than you think.

Because once you stop treating food noise like a discipline problem and start seeing it for what it actually is, everything shifts.

This is exactly why I teach a Dieting From The Inside Out approach.

The idea is simple, even if it goes against what you’ve been told:

Before you try to lose weight, you have to earn the right to diet.

If food noise is loud…
If your relationship with food feels chaotic…
If binging or overeating is already happening…

Then dieting is the worst possible place to start.

Not because weight loss is bad, but because without addressing those root issues first, dieting just keeps reinforcing the same loop:

Food noise → overeating → guilt → weight gain → repeat.

Think of it like trying to build a house without a foundation.

You can put the walls up as many times as you want — it’s still going to collapse.

When food noise quiet and you heal your relationship with food…

That’s when weight loss finally becomes sustainable.

And when it comes time to lose weight, it shouldn’t be built around trendy diets with fancy names.

I look at everything through a simple filter:
If you couldn’t follow this approach for the next 10 years, it’s not worth doing for the next 10 days.

So if you want to be the woman who:

Feels confident in her body
-Has peace around food
-Feels normal, calm, and freed around eating
-Has a body that turns heads when walking into a room

It starts by letting go of the old way — and adopting a new one.

I know this may sound different than what you’re used to.

Or too good to be true, I get it.

But it’s not a theory.

This is the exact approach I’ve used for over 15 years with thousands of women who thought they were “too far gone” — and who now feel free around food for the first time in their adult lives.

If nothing else, I hope this opens your eyes to one important truth:

You’re not broken.
You’ve just been using the wrong approach.

More soon,
Jared

Can't stop thinking about food while dieting?

Back in the day, I was fine when it came to food… until I started dieting or trying to lose weight.

I wasn’t obsessed with food, my next meal, or worrying about eating ‘good’ or ‘bad’...  until Monday started and I was “on.”

Then it was like you turned the volume up.

- “Should I have that?”
- “That’s bad, I should be good.”
- “What am I eating later?”
- “Will I run out of calories?”

I was fine one minute but the second I started my diet, BAM – 24/7 thoughts around food.

Turns out the way I was dieting was actually hurting my relationship with food and making my food noise worse.

To be fair I didn’t know any better. I was just doing all the things every guru online said.

But now after changing my approach and healing my relationship with food, I haven't had food noise for over 10 years (and teach our clients how to do the exact same thing).

If this is something you struggle with I have a brand new video laying it all out step-by-step on how to lose your next 25+ pounds without food noise, obsessing about carbs, or isolating yourself because you’re dieting.

I can't help everyone with this but I'm working on something super special…

I’ve put together a special Case Study for individuals who want to end the frustration of diets that don’t work, lose 20-40lbs, and fix their relationship with food so their results are permanent.

I have a new approach we’ve been using with individuals so every single step over the next 6+ months is laid out in front of you to make you totally free around food THEN right into sustainable fat loss.

This way you can not only lose your stubborn fat but also keep it off forever WHILE fixing your entire relationship with food.
This way you stop gaining and losing the same weight year after year.

We're going to work together and implement these new frameworks so you can lose stubborn fat for good WITHOUT going on a strict diet or giving up your favorite foods or social events..

To be clear, you will NOT have to…
Follow any trendy diets like Keto, optavia, or Weight Watchers
Spend hours and hours each day working out
Have to prepare special foods for you and other foods for your kids and family
Follow a rigid meal plan

Everything is completely done for you so there's no more guess work.

All you have to do is show up and execute.

But to make sure you’re taken care of for anything that could come up you will have private, 1:1 support from me and my team along the way so you can get exactly what you need WHEN you need it.

But here’s the catch - I’m only letting a handful of people into this case study.

Also, spots are already going because I let some people on instagram in my DM’s join.

Which means you must be serious.

If that sounds like something you'd be interested in…

Fill out the application below and grab a spot on my calendar.

If accepted, we'll make sure to get things rolling right away so you’re ready to go on this week for the case study to officially begin for you. This way it'll ensure you’re covered and taken care of every step of the way.

All my other frameworks are already delivering amazing results for our clients who have been able to lose stubborn fat while eating more than ever and enjoying their lives so I have no doubt this one will be any different.

Just fill out the application here and grab a spot on my calendar.

Talk soon,
Jared

PS
Last time I did a case study it filled up in less than a week, went insanely well, and was the greatest springboard for those who jumped in.

There you are, doing great on your diet.

Hitting your calories.
Making better choices.
Actually being consistent.

You’re building momentum and starting to feel changes happening…

…and then stress hits.

Then it’s as if something else took over your body like in a scene out of The Exorcist.

One minute you care and the next minute you’re 2,000 calories deep in the pantry wondering what just happened.

The worst part isn't even the eating.

It’s the moment after—when you snap out of it and immediately turn on yourself like a courtroom cross-examiner.

“How did this happen?”
“Where did I mess up?”
“Why do I keep doing this?”

This is exactly why stress eating is so much deeper than “knowing better.”

Because when you stress eat, you’re not making a conscious choice.

You’re in survival mode.

Your nervous system flips into fight-or-flight, and an automatic program kicks on—one that’s been wired into your brain during stress, overwhelm, or chaos.

That’s why it feels like something else took over or like you're a different person.

And if you don’t go in and rewire that automatic response, you’ll keep repeating the same cycle:

Good for a few days…
Stress hits…
then self-sabotage.

Here’s the part most people have been lied to about:

Stress eating has nothing to do with
• being addicted to food
• being weak, broken, or lazy
• not wanting it bad enough
• or not having a strong enough “why”

It’s a nervous system problem.

And I just dropped a brand-new YouTube video (under 6 minutes) showing you exactly how to fix it—at the root.

👉 Watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/VAPRiLtMiU4

Talk soon,
Jared

PS
What I show you in that video is the same approach I use with the women inside DFIO to end decades of stress eating, feel normal around food again, and lose 25+ pounds—without giving up carbs.

If it works for them, it can work for you.

"I wish I wasn't given a Weight Watchers book when I was 11..."

Let me set the scene real quick.

I was at a bougie recording studio in Miami creating content with a few other coaching friends.

One easy way we get content is by asking each other questions on camera and letting whatever’s supposed to come out… come out.

It was my turn.

The question was:
“What’s something you wish you could change in your past?”

And without even thinking, I said:

“I wish I wasn’t given a Weight Watchers book when I was 11.”

The room went silent.

One person thought I was about to start crying.
Another was on the edge of their seat waiting for the rest of the story.
Everyone else just stopped what they were doing.

You see, most coaches have never actually struggled with the things they teach.

Six-pack Jesse telling Mrs. Jones how to love her body or stop thinking about food all day…

…meanwhile Jesse has never known what it’s like not to have abs while eating 4,000 calories a day.

For me, I coach from scars.

My weight-loss journey started before I was even through puberty.

I remember being a kid being called fat, husky, chunky… even Eeyore (the sad plump donkey from winnie the poo) by people closest to me.

So of course I started hating my body.

I remember walking through the grocery store with my mom, looking at all the foods I couldn’t have because they were too many “points.”

I remember wanting a simple 350-calorie muffin… and realizing it was almost half my points for the day (23, to be exact).

I remember wanting to get invited to pool parties — and at the same time hoping I wouldn’t — just so I didn’t have to take my shirt off and deal with that.

By 20, I’d tried every diet under the sun.

And all I had to show for it was shame, discouragement, and frustration.

Like I said… I teach from scars because I’ve been there.

But here’s the part I didn’t expect.

I actually want to change my answer.

I don’t wish anymore that I wasn’t given a Weight Watchers book at 11.

I’m grateful I was.

I’m grateful for the struggle.

Because without it, I wouldn’t be the man, or the coach I’m proud to be today.

The only reason I’m able to help women all over the world…
give hope to people who thought they were a lost cause…
and help transform entire households…

…is because I went through it first.

I take back my answer.

Do you want to silence food noise without having to rely on GLP-1 shots?

And before we go any further, just to be clear... I’m not anti-GLP-1.

I just talk to women every single week who say,
“I don’t want to rely on a shot to feel normal around food.”

Which is completely fair.

If you can lower your blood pressure, cholesterol, or improve your health without medication, most people would choose that route too.

Here’s the part about “food noise” that most people miss.

Food noise (that constant mental chatter around food) isn’t the actual problem.

It’s a signal.

Think of it like a smoke alarm.

If your smoke alarm goes off in the middle of the night, you don’t rip it off the ceiling and take the batteries out.

You let it alert you… then you go find the fire.

Food noise works the same way.

Most people assume they have food noise because:
they lack willpower
something is “wrong” with them
they’re broken
or they’re addicted to food

But after coaching women through this for the last 15 years, I can tell you — that’s not the issue.

If you’re serious about ending food noise, especially without taking a GLP-1... you have to address what’s underneath it.

And honestly, even if someone is on a GLP-1, this part still matters.

There are 3 specific root causes that have to be addressed if you want any real chance of feeling calm and normal around food again.

To make this easier, I just dropped a short YouTube video breaking all three of them down — and how to fix them.

These are the exact three things we work on first inside Dieting From The Inside Out, and for the women inside more than half of their food noise is gone within the first 6 weeks alone (I actually have a money back guarantee on it).

So this isn’t theory--it's proven.

You can watch the new YouTube video here: https://youtu.be/9OD7eDeTMvw

As always, I’m here if you have questions.
