The suspension comes after a match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Dharamsala was abandoned midway due to a power outage, which coincided with air raid alerts in nearby regions. While the BCCI attributed the disruption to a power failure, the proximity of the venue to conflict zones raised safety concerns.
