6K WOOOO! I’d like to recognize this achievement and kinda update you all on the channel!

The channel has really taken off over the past month in terms of new viewers seeing me! I am very happy to see all the new members of the community as well as the few tenured ones.

Something that is pretty obvious is the lack of new videos that are being put out on here. I work like 60 hours a week at my management job right now. Sure, I’m very young, but I take my professional career seriously. I put a lot physically and mentally into work. As a consequence, I just don’t have any time at all to pump out videos.

I brainstorm, research, write, record, and edit all of my own videos and shorts. Everything that isn’t a let’s play type video follows a script so it flows cleanly. Doing this all is a passion of mine, but it takes a lot out of me when I’m giving 110% effort into making sure it meets my standards and vision.

It’s not that I don’t like thinking about making videos, I love Sockaloupe, and am always responding to comments and even writing video ideas down every single day. I will always run this channel and make content for it; though maybe not as fast as some would like. If a day came where I could give this channel 100% undivided attention, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I made a short about a theory of ghasts potentially being “rescued” from the nether a few years ago… People are finding that old short now because they’re looking up ghast stuff 😭
