As many of you know from watching my videos, I’ve shared that I’m currently going through menopause—and let me tell you, it’s been a confusing, eye-opening, and humbling experience. Honestly, I wasn’t prepared for any of this, even though 100% of women will experience it in some form. Like many, I didn’t learn about it from my mother or the women around me, which is why I’ve made it my mission to share this information.
Because I have this platform, I want to use it to educate, support, and start important conversations around menopause, perimenopause, and hormone imbalances. In an upcoming video, my personal hormone doctor will be joining me to discuss perimenopause, menopause, andropause, and hormone health.
