I was invited onto the Frame Enquiry Podcast to share how we're shifting away from the traditional agency/production dynamics, leaning into smaller budgets, utilizing highly skilled hybrid roles to shrink crews, where I would focus my efforts if I entered the industry today, and my concerns around the values being used to make decisions in many professional creative environments.

I know a lot of people are going to hate what I'm saying, but I feel like us all openly having these conversations is more important now than ever.
