Oral health is essential to keeping the rest of the body functioning correctly. Dentistry in the Uk has been in crisis for close to a decade. I know too many extremely hard working people in their 50s that are experiencing serious health issues as a result of not having access to affordable oral health services. I’m scratching my head at how comfortable we are with abandoning men and women who have worked decades, given so much yet it is completely normal in this country to hear that the majority of us has bad teeth due to a derelict NHS dental infrastructure and a private sector that working CANNOT afford. Internationally we are known to have bad teeth.🦷
