Here I talk about mainly about vegan advocacy and veganism, with some sprinkles about fitness, nutrition, mindset, parenting and other things that interest me.
Hopefully, you'll find some inspiration here to either embrace the principle of veganism, become more physically active, or get involved in vegan advocacy of some shape or form.

My experience at the vegan campout! I was contemplating not posting this, as I didn’t take the footage I wanted, but I decided to post it anyway.
Also as a ritual of accountability, (as I feel that recently I’ve been posting mostly shorts), I want to also consistently post longer videos (at least 2 per month)
So each month I’ll announce publicly here the long videos I intend to post on that month, so here’s the list for October:
1. A long video with an outreach from yesterday’s event with We The Free
2. My experience at the Athens Vegan Life Festival (that I’m travelling to in 2 weeks time)
3. My story of how I became vegan + tips for new vegans!

It seems we might not be able to hit the 1000 subscriber mark this year, but what I’m happy and proud for is the 100 video / 59K views over the past year, which is a sign that I managed to stick to my commitment of posting one to two videos per week, granted many of them were shorts, but still it’s keeping the channel alive.
I have a few long videos ideas lined up for after summer, and I will also dip my toes into live streaming!
