Evil Eye......A simple mythful pharse but it means a lot...
I remember, every single goal I wanna accomplish doesn't work 99% of the time when I tell others. It wasn't possible for me to work in silence... Cause I'm a human...and humans hate silence...
But my life changed when I realized it...that...according to neuroscience.. telling your goals to others reduces 60-70% of probability to reach the goal...Because not every person wants us to be reached... They plant the seeds of doubt in ourselves and we get destroyed day by day even though we claim that we're untouchable....
As an extrovert, I've finally realized the greatest weapons of introverts are silence... Words are cheap, Silence is powerful and pricey.... 🖤

কয়েক দশক আগে ইলিশ নির্ভর পরিবারগুলো ছিল সচ্ছল এবং প্রাণপ্রাচুর্যময় । বাংলাদেশ ছিল ইলিশের উর্বর চারণ ভূমি। পহেলা বৈশাখ ছিল বাংলার মানুষের সার্বজনীন উৎসব। এবার ৮০'র দশক, মুনাফাখোর একদল অসাধু ব্যবসায়ী নববর্ষ প্রচলন শুরু করলো এক অপসংস্কৃতির , যার নাম পান্তা - ইলিশ।স্রেফ মুনাফার লোভে, শুরু হলো নির্বিচারে মা - ইলিশ নিধন। একটি মা - ইলিশ একবারে ডিম ছাড়ে ১০-৩০ লক্ষ । ডিম ছাড়ার আগে তাকে ধরার মানে বিপুল পরিমাণ শিশু ইলিশ হারানো।ফলে ইলিশ হারিয়ে যেতে শুরু করল । বৈশাখ হয়ে গেল বিত্তবানদের উৎসব। আসি ২০১৩ সালে, এই অপসংস্কৃতির বিরুদ্ধে প্রথম অবস্থান নিলো Quantum Method Official। বিকল্প হলো "পান্তা -পিয়া" (পান্তা এবং তেলাপিয়া)।সানন্দে গ্রহণ করলো হাজারো পরিবার।২০১৬ সাল থেকে কন্ঠ মেলালেন সুশীল সমাজ । ওয়ার্ল্ড ফিশ তথ্য দিলো সারা বিশ্বে ইলিশ মাছের উৎপাদন কমলেও বাংলাদেশে তা বাড়ছে। তাই এবারও বর্ষবরণ করলাম "পান্তা-পিয়া" দিয়ে
