Train Smart, Not Long — My Wake-Up Call at the Gym
When I first started taking fitness seriously, I used to go to the gym and just… wing it. I’d spend hours there, jumping from machine to machine, hoping it would all somehow work out.
Then one day, before going to the gym, I pulled out an index card and wrote out a full workout plan. Simple, clear, and structured. I walked into the gym that evening with that little card in hand — and for the first time, I had direction.
The difference was night and day. I wasn’t wasting time anymore. No more wandering. No more guesswork. I got in, hit everything I needed to hit, and got out — all under an hour. And the best part? I started seeing real progress.
So here’s my message to you: Don’t waste hours at the gym when you can crush your workout in half the time with a solid plan.
Write it out. Plan ahead. Go in with purpose. Whether it’s a notebook, an app, or even an index card like I did — take control of your training.
